Our Client, a housing company, wanted to engage with their Residents and form family Communities.
Pastiche were asked to deliver seasonal outdoor events for our Client, providing Entertainment, Performers, Catering and much more !
OUR CHALLENGE
Our Client wanted Pastiche to deliver a calendar of seasonal Events for their Residents to enjoy within their estates at our Clients Developments. Pastiche covered all aspects of the Event Management including H&S, Insurance, Planning, Logistics, Parking, Permits, Rubbish removal as well as providing Event Managers on the day, together with all the Performers and Catering.
ICE CREAM PROMOTION
Pastiche provided bespoke branded Ice Cream Vans free to deliver free Ice Creams Residents during the School Summer Holidays.
PIZZA PROMOTION
Delivering a wood fired pizza experience to developments with apartment blocks, so Residents could enjoy free Pizza’s & drinks. We managed to supply, cook and serve over 1,650 delicious pizzas !
CINEMA EVENT
The Everyman Cinema in different locations was hired, where Residents were invited to a free screening of one of the latest films. In the Foyer, Guests were treated to free popcorn, sweets and drinks.
FESTIVAL EVENT
Delivering a full festival event for a Neighbourhood/Residents including our stunning stretch tents, Performance Stage, Live Band & DJ, Interactive Entertainment plus catering including pizza’s, Ice Creams and drinks.
SANTA DASH
For Christmas, Pastiche provided three teams consisting of a Father Christmas, 4-Piece Brass Band, Christmas Stilt Walker and an Event Manager to take part in a parade to go around each of the housing Developments during weekends in December.
FOOTBALL EVENT
As the afternoon rolled in, Residents enjoyed a screening of a film on our huge LED Video Screen that ensured everyone had a great view. Themed waitresses served delicious wood-fired pizzas, adding a tasty and thematic touch to the movie experience. As evening approached, the excitement shifted gears as we prepared for England’s first game of the Euros against Serbia. The community spirit was at its peak, with everyone coming together to support the national team. The garden was buzzing with anticipation, and as the big match played out, Residents cheered and celebrated together.
RESULTS
All the Outdoor Community Engagement Events we delivered, were a way of our Client engaging with their Residents and a way to give back as a thank you, and a way of boosting their spirits during the year.
For us, we love seeing the reactions from Children and Families, as a result of our Outdoor Community Events, and how grateful Residents were with what we provided. It was lovely to receive such fantastic feedback from both our Client and their Residents.
