Pastiche created and delivered three spectacular Strictly Come Dancing-inspired Corporate Events, each growing in scale, creativity and production over successive years.
Featuring celebrity Hosts and Judges, professional Dance Partners, extensive training and spectacular Live Productions, the events showcased Pastiche's expertise in Employee Engagement, Creative Production and Event Management.
Pastiche was commissioned to create an exciting Learn a Skill experience that would transform employees into Ballroom and Latin Dance performers, culminating in a spectacular live competition.
The first event took place at Aston Villa Football Ground, hosted by Anton Du Beke, followed by a second production at Birmingham Town Hall, again featuring Anton as host. Building on the success of the previous events, the third and largest production took place at ICC Birmingham, hosted by Brendan Cole, with James Jordan and Ola Jordan joining the judging panel.
Each edition developed the original concept, creating an increasingly ambitious Corporate Entertainment experience that combined employee participation with professional theatrical production.

For the third production, Pastiche developed an extensive 22-week training programme for ten employee contestants, taking participants from their first dance lessons through to the final competition.
The programme began with eight weeks of group Ballroom Dance tuition, introducing contestants to the fundamental techniques and building their confidence. Each employee was then partnered with a Professional Dancer for 14 weeks of individual training, during which they learned a specially choreographed routine.
Contestants were assigned different Ballroom and Latin Dance styles, creating variety within the final competition. Pastiche coordinated the Professional Dancers, Dance Studios, training schedules, choreography and rehearsals, ensuring that each participant was prepared for the live event.

The third Strictly Come Dancing event at ICC Birmingham featured an ambitious theatrical production designed to recreate the glamour and excitement of the television programme.
The production centred around a large raised Dancefloor, connected to the main stage by a Catwalk, creating an impressive performance area for the contestants and their Professional Dance Partners.
Specialist Lighting, illuminated features, theatrical effects and a dedicated Judges' Area contributed to the atmosphere of a professional dance competition.
Brendan Cole hosted the evening, guiding the audience through the competition, while James Jordan and Ola Jordan brought their professional dance expertise to the judging panel.
Pastiche coordinated the creative production, professional performers, technical arrangements and rehearsals, bringing together the different elements of a spectacular Corporate Entertainment experience.

To capture the glamour of Strictly Come Dancing, Pastiche coordinated performance Costumes and Dance Shoes for the employee contestants. Each participant performed alongside their Professional Dance Partner, showcasing the choreography and skills developed during the training programme.
Video interviews and rehearsal footage were incorporated into the competition concept, introducing the contestants and giving the audience an insight into their journey. The live performances, celebrity judging panel and awards created an exciting atmosphere, combining friendly competition with the celebration of individual achievement.
The experience transformed employees from complete beginners into performers, giving them the opportunity to take centre stage in a professionally produced show.

For the third and largest Strictly Come Dancing event at ICC Birmingham, Pastiche designed and delivered an extensive Technical Production to recreate the glamour and excitement of the television programme.
At the centre of the venue was a raised 10m x 10m parquet Dancefloor, connected to the main stage by an illuminated Catwalk, creating an impressive performance area for contestants and their Professional Dance Partners.
Pastiche provided specialist Lighting, moving beams, Mirror Ball effects and theatrical Haze, alongside a dedicated Judges' Desk with monitors. Live Camera Production captured the performances, with footage displayed on the venue's large screens to give Guests a closer view of the competition.
Decorative Silk Drops, Uplighting and additional theatrical effects completed the presentation, transforming the venue into a spectacular Ballroom Dance environment. Pastiche coordinated the Technical Crew, production installation, rehearsals and live show operations, ensuring that every element worked together as one professionally managed Corporate Entertainment Production.

Pastiche successfully delivered three Strictly Come Dancing-inspired Corporate Experiences, developing the concept into increasingly ambitious productions over successive years.
Our team coordinated the Dance Training, Professional Partners, Choreography, Costumes, Rehearsals, Celebrity Involvement and Live Event Production. For the third event, the programme involved ten employee contestants preparing over 22 weeks for their final performances at ICC Birmingham.
The experience brought colleagues together through a shared creative challenge, encouraging confidence, teamwork and participation outside their usual working environment.
By combining employee development with professional Entertainment Production, Pastiche demonstrated its ability to manage substantial Corporate Experiences from initial planning through to the final live performance.
